EaseMyCase is not a lawyer referral service and does not function as a discovery platform for lawyers. All listed legal professionals comply with the Bar Council of India regulations, and the platform is strictly meant for legal consultancy and case management services.

EaseMyCase shall not be responsible for legal advice provided by consultant lawyers, as such advice is their own independent opinion. The firm takes responsibility only when its own legal team provides legal guidance or representation.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using EaseMyCase’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

EaseMyCase provides legal consultancy and case management services through a structured approach that ensures seamless, high-quality legal support. Our services include:

• Guarantee any legal outcome or resolution.
• Influence the advice or representation provided by external lawyers.

3. INDEPENDENCE OF LAWYERS

The legal professionals collaborating with EaseMyCase are independent entities. They are not employees, partners, or agents of EaseMyCase. Any engagement between users and external lawyers is solely between them, and EaseMyCase assumes no responsibility for their services.

EaseMyCase ensures that all lawyers listed on its platform comply with the regulations of the Bar Council of India, and their profiles include only permitted details. Any consultation, legal opinion, or service rendered by these professionals is done at their own discretion and liability.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users acknowledge that EaseMyCase functions only as a legal consultancy platform. Users must:

• Independently verify lawyer credentials before engaging them.
• Not consider EaseMyCase responsible for legal advice received from independent lawyers.
• Understand that EaseMyCase does not act as a direct legal representative unless explicitly stated.

Any disputes arising from legal services must be resolved directly between the user and the lawyer. EaseMyCase does not mediate disputes between users and external lawyers.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EaseMyCase shall not be held liable for:

• Errors or omissions in legal advice provided by independent lawyers.
• Losses, damages, or claims resulting from reliance on such advice.
• Failure of a lawyer to deliver expected results.
• Disputes or conflicts arising between users and lawyers.

EaseMyCase’s liability extends only to cases where its in-house legal team provides legal guidance or representation. Users waive any claim against EaseMyCase arising from independent legal consultations.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PRIVACY

EaseMyCase is committed to protecting user data and ensuring confidentiality. However, it:

• Does not guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.
• May share user data with affiliated lawyers only when required for legal consultation.
• Will disclose user data if mandated by law or judicial order.

7. PAYMENT, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

EaseMyCase offers both free and paid services. The following policies apply:

• Payments must be made before availing of paid services.
• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation.
• Refunds will be processed in cases of service non-delivery, subject to deductions for processing charges.

EaseMyCase shall not be responsible for refunds in cases where users engage external lawyers independently.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

EaseMyCase reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Misuse of the platform for unauthorized legal solicitations.
• Any illegal or unethical activity.

Users may also terminate their usage at any time, subject to any pending obligations under this agreement.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

• EaseMyCase reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated on the website.
• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
